Soft Wash Where It Matters
Render, painted surfaces and roof tiles are not washed at high pressure. Forcing water into a rendered wall drives moisture behind the surface and strips the finish, so those areas get a low-pressure chemical soft wash that lifts mould, lichen and pollution staining without damaging the substrate.
